Wiedemann Hill Cell Site Access Road Realignment- The project proponent seeks approval of a Land Use Permit to amend County File LP11-2085, to allow a grading permit to grade approximately 5,300 cubic yards of earth material for the purpose of realigning an existing access/service road for an established telecommunications facility on top of Wiedemann Hill. Downtown Martinez Jail Demolition Project - The Project would involve demolition and removal of the existing Jailhouse building, including all building elements. Following demolition of the existing Jailhouse building, the Project site will be leveled to match the surrounding area and a surface parking lot would be construction onf the Project site.
