Bayview Residential Project
The project proposes 144 single-family homes and associated internal roadways on an approximately 78-acre project site in the Vine Hill / Pacheco Boulevard area. The project also proposes four open space parcels, one of which is proposed as a park.

The applicant requests approval of a Land Use Permit to allow the establishment of an approximately 60,000 square-foot gas and oil well pad on an agriculturally zoned 160-acre parcel located in unincorporated Brentwood.

Keller Canyon Landfill
The Keller Canyon Landfill (KCL) is located at 901 Bailey Road, in unincorporated Contra Costa County near Pittsburg, CA. This proposed project consists of operational changes specified in the application (LP082026) submitted by Keller Canyon Landfill Company (KCLC) requesting to amend the facility’s existing Land Use Permit (LUP 2020-89) Conditions of Approval.

Martinez Refinery Renewable Fuels Project
Planning Application for the Martinez Refinery Renewable Fuels Project. The permit would allow the conversion of Marathon's Martinez Refinery facility from the processing of crude oil, to the processing of renewable feedstocks. The renewable feedstocks are expected to include biological based oils (i.e. soybean oil and corn oil), rendered fats, and other miscellaneous renewable feedstocks including used cooking oils or other vegetable oils.

Phillips 66 Rodeo Renewed Project
Planning Application to transform the existing Rodeo Refinery into a facility that converts renewable feedstocks into renewable diesel, renewable components of other transportation fuels, and renewable fuel gas through the use of existing refinery process units.

Scannell Properties proposes to build two warehouse fulfillment buildings totaling approximately 325,000 square feet on a 29.4-acre site in the unincorporated North Richmond area of Contra Costa County.

Spieker Senior Continuing Care
The project includes a requests of approval for a Preliminary and Final Development Plan to allow for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that consists of 354 independent living units, 100-unit health center, maintenance building, parking structure, clubhouse, and recreation building. Additionally, the project includes a request to approve a tree permit to remove approximately 353 trees.
